We were recommended to contact Gordon after securing some new office space for our business and were immediately very confident in progressing with Gordon’s support. As a smaller business we were very keen to ensure that we were in good hands and could be guided through a complete office design and fit out process whilst keeping an eye on costs. Gordon was extremely supportive at all stages. In particular he took the time to understand exactly what we required and ensured that all of our needs were well catered for. We were really impressed with his thorough knowledge and took his consultative feedback on-board to maximise the space and facilities we were moving into. There were many aspects that we had not initially considered but with Gordon’s support it was made a very simple process. The end results were fantastic and we are still genuinely delighted with our complete office space. Everything from the furniture sourced to the workmanship of the fit was to a great standard.

I feel it very important to add that it was a pleasure to work with Gordon. He is a very personable individual and really took the time we needed to feel comfortable with the whole process. There were several occasions where Gordon would make additional personal visits to pop in to our older and then current office to ensure we were informed of even the smallest areas of progress and that paperwork was moving along as swiftly as possible. His attention to detail and personal service was noted by our staff too. We really did feel he managed the whole process impeccably and took any stress away.

All in all we experienced excellent support and the new office speaks for itself. We enjoyed customer service above expectations and should we move office or expand into new space Gordon will be getting a call.
