PLANNING CONSENT AND BUILDING CONTROL

If planning consent is required ODW will act as your agent and file the application and consult with the planners through the process to conclusion.

Building Control

For many even small works Building Control approval may be required and ODW will consult with national approved inspector to ensure that any work undertaken will comply. As part of the process drawings are sent to the local fire authority for comment and normally any comments are actioned to maintain safety. The process is taken completely care of by ODW and a final certificate will be provided following a final inspection of the works by the local JHAI inspector.
